Theoretical wisdom is not the same as a natural or inbuilt wisdom, meaning inherent or inborn wisdom.
Inbuilt or natural wisdom is the wisdom that God embedded into man during creation; the same was God’s divine nature in man.
Every field in life has laws or principles that governs and determines its existence and success.
Then it is this wisdom that enables you through insight to have a total comprehension and to apprehend these principles, which are theoretical wisdom by means of studying and learning.
Your application of the principles is what brings you the desired results.
However, inbuilt wisdom unlike theoretical can not be attained to or acquired through study. It can only be divinely imparted or inborn.
It is that divine ability to invent and to give birth to a dream with clear understanding and knowledge of what the dream or idea is all about.
Besides, vision (dream), thought or idea is knowledge revealed about a matter but, if the knowledge is not understood and applied, it will remain a theory or just a thought.
However, no matter how fantabulous wisdom might be, wisdom is only but theoretical, until it is applied to work.
Because wisdom is meant to be put into action if not, it will remain a theory.
This wisdom is both an ability and nature in you that causes you to naturally have insight into the knowledge and understanding of theoretical wisdom of matters.
However, Theoretical wisdom is that insight into theoretical knowledge of a matter.
Theoretical wisdom can only be acquired through studying and learning in different or particular discipline (Secular, Religious etc).
Understand this: Theoretical refers to a theory aspect of something rather than its application.
It is a set of information or idea written, documented and taught which springs from the certified insight of others into a particular field, to explain a body of principles offered to give explanation to how something is done to attain achievement.
This is why theoretical wisdom being the theory aspect of wisdom, is a written idea or taught information, which offers and explains a body of principles on how to make success in your field.
For instance, the bible says, “Study to shew thyself approved…” 2 timothy 2:15
Here Paul admonish to study, to study what?
To study the written word of God which is the theoretical knowledge of God’s purpose for your life, marriage, destiny, health, career and ministry, and the body of principles to apply to succeed in them?
What God‘s wisdom does is to give you insight (clear and deep understanding) into theoretical knowledge of a matter. That insight is the wisdom of that very matter or field.
Which is why the wisdom of God says in proverbs 8:14 “Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength”
The wisdom of God gives sound, healthy and productive wisdom.
Nevertheless, its productivity is only put to effect when converted to practical.
Practical wisdom is the ultimate aspect of wisdom.
Paul n his admonition meant, study (search, discover, learn and meditate) on the information from the word of God. The information therein is the wisdom (theoretical wisdom) from the word (wisdom) of God.
“But thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success”
Joshua 1:8
Here the wisdom of God speaks on how to be prosperous and to have a good success.
It gives the theoretical wisdom via the information written and outlined in the law, which is the principle of good success and prosperity.
It instructs to “meditate therein, to do according to all that is written therein”
What is therein to meditate on?
What to meditate therein is the body of acquired knowledge or information (the theoretical wisdom) being the body of principles giving the applicable knowledge on how to achieve the recommended good success and making your way prosperous-durable prosperity in every aspect of life, being spiritual, physical and academic.
You must meditate on the theoretical knowledge and apply it to have that durable prosperity and good success.
Nevertheless, the theoretical wisdom must be converted to practical (doing) according to all that is written therein for it to produce the good success and durable (long-lasting) prosperity.
The fact there are good success and durable prosperity implies there are bad success and temporal prosperity
The term good success denotes a first- class, high rated, high quality and superior achievement.
While durable prosperity denotes long lasting affluence, wealth, or assets.
In other words, this is referring to making the best of the best achievement in life, in your ministry, profession, academic etc and acquiring long lasting wealth- riches, properties and finance.
Wisdom is superior; therefore, it will produce first class quality achievements of superior standard to any who applies it accurately in his or her academic, line of work, health and marriage and produce as well, an inheritance of wealth- materials riches and properties for your children to inherit and transfer to their own children’s children.
“A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just” Proverbs 13:22
“The fallow ground of the poor yields much food, but it is swept away through injustice” Proverbs 13:23 (Revised Standard Version)
Did you know that the fool acquires wealth only for the wise to inherit it?
The wise enriches himself with the wealth of fools.
Haven’t you read it, “that the wicked gathers wealth only to be inherited by the righteous?”
Whenever wisdom is accurately applied it replicates the excellence of itself in the very field you apply it.
Nothing in life comes to you as it should or as God meant it, until you apply the wisdom or knowledge of it to work.
Nothing works unless it is put to work!
This is what God meant when he speaks of good success and prosperity.
Moreover, I am sure this is what everyone desires, the good success and durable prosperity.
The secret to making good success and durable prosperity is your meditating (applying your mind to think on the information) and applying the theoretical knowledge, which is the body of principle to attain to
That first- class, high rated, high quality and superior achievement and obtain an inheritance of wealth- materials riches and properties in your life.
There are three divine laws to enforce in order to obtain the blessings of good success and durable prosperity, underlined in the scriptures below.
The law is a body of knowledge which provides information serving as principles on how to attain to the blessings of good success and durable prosperity, to which the scripture below states “shall come on thee, overtake thee and will set thee on high promotion and on high place of favor above all on earth”
These steps guarantee the blessings in your life when applied.
Now the law says, “And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy
God” Deuteronomy 28:1-2

Hearken diligently:
This phrase implies to carefully and meticulously pay attention to the information the law provides.
An act of thoroughly listening, applying your mind with good sense to the information in order to observe.
The implication here is to give undivided attention to the very information that unveils the keys to the blessings, because in listening and applying your mind, you will discover the keys.
It comes via information like a nugget or a key point that unlocks the doors of success and favor to you wherever you turn to.
God is God of principles, everything about the kingdom of God works by application of principles.
God does not do magic, but he responds to right application of principles.
Principles are nuggets of information or body of knowledge on how to attain to that good success and durable prosperity.
This is why information is power!
Be particular about what you want and fix attention on its particular information.
Information is acquired by listening; if you do not listen, you will not obtain the information to produce the blessings.
Listening carefully and meticulously positions you to observe.
Therefore, you must hearken diligently.
For If, you do not listen diligently, you will not observe!
